Portraits Through Covers
Personal project to improve my skills with Procreate dry brushes. A series of portraits in tribute to Radiohead. I used the colors and the more representative elements of my favorite albums . The faces are based on photographs from the internet.
My intention was to represent the personality of each one using large lines to make it as expressive as possible.
Man portrait
For a time, a friend was addicted to Instagram. He asked me to do a portrait of him which would stand out from the circle of users in which he moved: beards lovers.
I wanted to create a portrait that highlighted his masculine characteristic. Although it’s made in Procreate, I used only brushes that simulate wooden pencils, to give it a warmer and more familiar feel.
Fish City
When I was 13 years old, I drew this fish city in art class at school. This drawing is special to me because it reminds me of when I started to take drawing more seriously.
17 years later I decided to redraw it in Procreate.
Now the mechanical fish is shaped like a koi and has sci-fi influences. I wanted to keep the feeling of complexity, but contrast it with the fins that simulate silk underwater.
Sevdaliza in Chaos
Discovering Sevdaliza’s music was like a light bulb going off in my head. She’s such a deep rooted and strong person it made me want to dedicate a drawing to her.
Her music represents the whole spectrum of chaos, sensuality, femininity, masculinity and sensitivity, and that’s what I’ve tried to depict in this cover drawing. I would highly recommend Sevdaliza to everyone.

Japanese Moments
Fortunately, we were lucky enough to get married before the pandemic and therefore able to travel to Japan for our honeymoon.
For months after,I still had vivid memories, senses and even smell of every place I had photographed while in Japan.
It was at that moment I decided to animate some of those photographs. Taking advantage of the new features in Procreate 5, I was able to create these cinemagraphs images by drawing the frames one by one.
Bones I, II & III
Small personal project in which I wanted to mix the classic anatomy drawings with neon colors.
I was looking for a 3D effect playing with color saturation, opacities and gradients, leaving the wiring in the background, to give the impression that it could be a real installation.
